Mix industrial materials with simple design on this classic beauty! This wood coffee table features a stain of your choice, to show the beautiful natural wood grain and texture. It's shown in Espresso and the 48” Wide wood size with a 58” Wide base set. Then stands on the floor with heavy black iron pipe supports which can be slid to create your base size. The supports are NOT attached! This is a simple design which rests in place. If lifted up, the bases will move.
Our coffee table can come in many sizes and offers the perfect amount of working space! The wood portion is made up of 2 planks of solid wood, which have been sanded and stained. Each wood plank will have different knots and graining than the photos shown, but we always try to choose the best looking. The wood may also be darker as each wood cut takes the stain differently.
This will arrive to you pre-assembled and ready to use.

Step 2: Slide Wood slab through pipe support openings, ensuring proper angle. Press down to settle in place.

*Note: Due to the nature of the material, the piping may develop small areas of rust on the steel over time or with humid climates. We appreciate this Industrial look, but always strive to be 100% clear with our customers expectations. Also, if you live in a humid climate, you may consider asking us to apply a polyurethane finish over the wood for $35. This will lessen the chance of the wood warping or cracking in the humidity.

Sizing details
We strive to provide exact dimensions, however due to the nature of the wood finishing and pipe connections, it may have a variance of 1/4" or so. If you need super exact dimensions please notify us.
Care instructions
To care for your pieces, you should simply use water and a soft cloth. The wood is NOT sealed, but rather finished with a wood stain only. It WILL leave a mark, for example, if a drink is left for too long. If you require a sealant, please notify us before ordering or feel free to apply yourself after receiving.
Is the Wall Mounted Rope Desk sturdy?
Yes! We have sold this unique item for many years now, with hundreds of happy customers. Once the pipe mounts are mounted securely to the wall studs (also using the drywall anchors provided), the desk is completely secured. Gravity keeps the solid wood desktop down and against the wall. It will not sway or move unless it’s actually picked up on purpose. Please message me with any questions!

I bought a hanging shelf from StyleOfAges late last year and was thrilled with the look and craftsmanship, so when it was time to add a coffee table to the mix, I approached them again. Once again, Style didn't let me down. The stain (I went with espresso) is consistent and evenly applied, no runs or drips or gradients. The wood itself is heavy gauge and quality, as well as sanded smooth and with no warps or other irregularities. The iron supports are...well, iron supports: they're heavy, well made, and secure. In addition to the coffee table, Style sent along moleskin pads to protect the wood from contact with the iron supports and to protect the floor, if you happen to have hardwood floors (or laminate, but it's somewhat less of a concern). I look forward to working with Style again in the future for other projects!
