This beautiful freestanding bookshelf will bring just the right balance of raw, industrial materials to your home or office design. 5 levels create plenty of display space for the decor of your choosing! THIS WILL NEED TO BE PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED UPON RECEIVING!! We will ship with the bottom 2 levels assembled and the rest of the pieces will need to be added due to shipping sizes. See photos and ask any questions before purchasing!
The black iron iron pipes provide a sturdy structure for the solid wood shelves, which are finished in a stain of your choice.
Shown in the 18" wide x 63" tall size, we offer other sizes to choose from. Or contact us for a custom piece! We can sketch out your ideal look and quote you a price. The shelf depth will be 11". The distance between the wood levels is 13 to 14”, it can have a slight variance based on the pipe threading.
We also have this in a wall mounted version!
*We send a small wall bracket, to avoid these heavy items tipping over on little ones who may want to climb.
*Note: Due to the nature of the material, the piping may develop small areas of rust on the steel over time or with humid climates. We appreciate this Industrial look, but always strive to be 100% clear with our customers expectations. Also, if you live in a humid climate, you may consider asking us to apply a polyurethane finish over the wood for $35. This will lessen the chance of the wood warping or cracking in the humidity.

Sizing details
We strive to provide exact dimensions, however due to the nature of the wood finishing and pipe connections, it may have a variance of 1/4" or so. If you need super exact dimensions please notify us.
Care instructions
To care for your pieces, you should simply use water and a soft cloth. The wood is NOT sealed, but rather finished with a wood stain only. It WILL leave a mark, for example, if a drink is left for too long. If you require a sealant, please notify us before ordering or feel free to apply yourself after receiving.
Is the Wall Mounted Rope Desk sturdy?
Yes! We have sold this unique item for many years now, with hundreds of happy customers. Once the pipe mounts are mounted securely to the wall studs (also using the drywall anchors provided), the desk is completely secured. Gravity keeps the solid wood desktop down and against the wall. It will not sway or move unless it’s actually picked up on purpose. Please message me with any questions!

We really like the stand. They did a semi-custom design for me. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Fits well with our decor. I was pleased to see it arrived assembled. There things are easy to put together but it's nice to not have to do this. Workmanship is very nice and, as expected, this is very sturdy construction. Much appreciated. Would definitely use this vendor again.

Great quality industrial style shelving unit. We had very specific size requirements and the item still arrived quickly. Packaged nicely and easy to assemble. This is my second bookcase and wouldn’t hesitate to order another if needed. Highly recommended.
